Swimming

It was a gorgeous summer's day on Saturday. I took my mom and dad swimming at our apartment pool. I finally got to use the inflatable boat my dad bought me. I had a great time.

We are having a wonderful, lazy weekend after a busy week. My mom and I survived our first week in our new schedule - she is finding her feet at work and I am king of the castle at school.

It has been raining on and off these past few days, but I am told that April showers, bring May flowers.

Good luck Mom!!!

After my morning shower I wanted to wish my Mom the best of luck on her first day of work at Stanford...! Go get 'em Mommy!!! Don't worry about me - I'll be a good boy at school and play nicely with the other kids. Having said that... I will miss having you with me all day, but now there is a lot to look forward to each afternoon when I see you.

Celebrations!

I took my mom to her favourite Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Mountain View - Xahn - for lunch today. We had so much to celebrate: I am 7 months old today, my first tooth cut a few days ago and my mom is starting her new job on Monday. She will be Program Coordinator at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program at Stanford University. Pretty cool. I am looking forward to going to school full time - I am such a big boy now!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. I had my first Easter egg hunt and we spent time with the Vissers and Montoyas on Sunday, having a great ham dinner.
Aunt Rachelle gave me the coolest bubble-maker, so we played with it this weekend. I invited my friend, Isabel, over to play with me. It was so much fun.

Sullivan Rubow

Aunt Kristin was kind enough to sent the photos of our visit on Sunday. Sullivan is the coolest dude - I like his socks, they look like little shoes.

Eating

I spent quality time eating today - although sometimes it seems as if my mommy never gives me anything to eat! I had banana before, but never like this and never eating it all by myself!

This past weekend

We had a great weekend. We visited the Sinclair-Lee's in Placerville and I had so much fun playing with Ethan, Jamin and Elizabeth. My dad helped uncle Tim build a tree house - it's 10 feet off the ground and very cool. I cannot wait to play in it myself.

On Sunday we had lunch with the Rubow's. I finally got to meet little Sullivan. He is 5 weeks old and very handsome. I think we will be good friends.

My mom and dad forgot to pack the camera, so the only new photo I have is one we took on Friday. Look how tall I am!
